I ordered a floral arrangement back on 4/24/18 and paid with my credit card over the phone. The arrangement was delivered as requested however I was charged twice for the same order. I called and spoke with the owner who said he was out of the country but would take care of issuing me credit the next day. That did not happen. I waited 2 weeks thinking it might take time to show up but when no credit was issued I called again last week. Again I was told a credit would be issued. As of today that has not happened. I will never use Ariel Florist again and I will notify all of my family and friends in the area of my situation.
The notes on their ordering page apparently do not transfer to the delivery folks correctly, so if you have specific instructions I would suggest relaying it through a phone call rather than relying on the ordering page. I had two good orders in the past year but my last order did not arrive on time. The person i spoke to on the phone could not give me any details on when to expect a refund. Please make improvements unfortunately I will be choosing a different florist from now on. 4/30/18 - And i still do not have a refund. Each time i call i end up talking to someone who says to call again and speak with one of the owners. I have lowered my rating as this has been a terrible experience.

Simply the Best florist in Bethesda ,have been ordering from Ariel for years and always with super results .The flowers are creative ,fresh ,long lasting and my mother loved her Burthday flowers .Great job again Ariel .My go to florist in Bethesda .Will call soon again !
Last Year I used you guys for Valentines day and my wife loved the flowers, they totally surprised her at work. I just ordered another beautiful arrangement for this Valentines day for my amazing lady. Thanks again! Looking forward to seeing her smile.
