Brown's is the only place to buy top quality flowers. Not to mention the amazing customer service from Randy and Buddy!!

I ordered flowers for my Aunts funeral. I asked for mixed flowers and one red rose. The arrangement was nothing special and NO rose. The rose had special meaning and was very important. I had been assured that I would not be disappointed.......I WAS. Sent an email to them and there was no reply. I have been a floral designer for many years and this is not a good way to keep customers. I will use another florist if I ever need one. I'm from out of state and they were recommended.. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I've ordered flowers from Brown's Flower Shop a couple of times in the past and had no issues. However, this last time left me very disgusted. I had ordered a specific arrangement on their website but what was delivered to my mother was not what I had ordered. Of course my mother didn't know what I had ordered but it wasn't what I desired her to have. I then contacted the store and was asked by the owner if my mother "hated the flowers" and if he should go to her house and "go get the flowers." To me that's ridiculous to even contemplate going back to my mother's house to take the flowers back. I obviously answer "No" to both silly questions. It was then explained to me that sunflowers are out of season and that I should've called ahead of time before placing my order. I was also told that I should've listed my phone number for them to contact me. I didn't have a number on my order but I did have an email address and no attempt was made to contact me. In other words, I'm completely at fault here and Brown's assumes no responsibility. I had asked for a full refund but we settled on a 50% refund. Brown's Flower Shop is not the only flower shop in the area and I'll be sure not to give my money to them in the future. What ever happened to customer service?
