I wish I could do less than 1 star for a review. My loving husband decided to buy me flowers yesterday for a surprise at work. For $53 he got... 1) Late delivery--Although they promised before 3 (and it is even written on the card) they were delivered at 4. I was gone for the day and did not receive them till this morning 2) The wrong arrangement--super fun times. They place the picture as the "deluxe" version and then when you think you are buying that same thing they deliver the lower version. So he thought he was buying me this beautiful vase with a bunch of flowers in it and I received a plain vase with 6 flowers--not even of the same color as the picture online. Hello bait and switch. 3) They wrote hashtags all through the note. He did not do that, but they must have some error in their process and so there were hashtags to make the note unreadable. Obviously nobody actually looks at the note or cares at all to make sure it is right. 4) Awful customer service--so I sent a picture to him and thanked him and he was furious because it was not what he ordered, so he called the company to complain and the person on the phone basically said it is what it is and there was no compensation for the issue. No attempt to try and fix it. We will NEVER order from here again and if anyone ever asks me about this place I will tell them. It was terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

I would put 0 stars. The flowers were delivered the next day, not on the anniversary day. The bouquet was very different from the one on the website. Overpriced. I do not advise anyone here to order flowers!

I ordered flowers on Valentine's Day around 8am to be delivered to a business by 4:30pm. Come 4:30 they were not there. I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes before being informed that my flowers never left the shop and they would just refund my money. Needless to say I was a little upset. You shouldn't over schedule or make promises you cannot keep.
